I came across this picture on a messageboard. I don't know anything about it other than it does look to be a fan or shell pattern. Does anyone know anything about it? I would LOVE to crochet this one too.

The more I look at it, the more it looks like a 90 degree scallop edging that has been worked on top of to make rows. Anyone thinking this too?????
