Usually, it takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes max from our place to Jersey. Half way into the trip, I remembered I had my camera and started taking pictures. I thought you would like to see them since they offer a different perspective on NYC.
Here we go:
going up 57th Street to 9th Avenue
Still going up to 9th Avenue
We're on 9th Avenue
One of my favorite pics on 9th Ave. Love the pig statuette and the store next to it.
Waiting at the Lincoln Tunnel
Still waiting at the Lincoln Tunnel, we saw the blimp overhead the church steeple. It came and left. Still waiting at the Lincoln Tunnel, the blimp came back. I had time to adjust the camera to take picture.
Still waiting at the Lincoln Tunnel, I was able to take the picture of the blimp making it's second turn back.
Three three hours and 15 minutes later, (yes, we were VERY late), our sweet princess was in a great mood..... priceless... Had to take this picture of her and share it. I think she is very pretty, but I am her mom. She has the fine features, the curly hair and the big eyes. I think she could model baby things. Definitely photogenic. What do you think?
Happy stitches.....
