CELEBRATING OUR 150th READER GIVEAWAY

About Me

My photo
I have collected incredible amounts of cross stitch magazines in my over 30+ years of cross stitching. I enjoy knitting, crocheting and cross stitch. In May 2011 I decided to make my dream of sharing my love of needlecrafts a reality and started the online shop, The Stitcher's Market along with hubby. My biggest hope is to pass on my love of stitching to my children. Let's face it, some one has to inherit all my stash. I am shy, but I truly appreciate everyone's comments and friendship. I am glad to help anyone who needs any stitching information. I love to have giveaways and share other bloggers giveaways, so please stop by often. Enjoy your stay!

Happy Fourth

Wishing all of my USA friends, a HAPPY FOUTH OF JULY WEEKEND!!!!!

I appreciate everyone of my friends on my blog and my followers. I love your comments and do hope that closer to the holidays, we can share a whole lot of stitchy posts.

These days I am collecting my stitchy dollars, in order to purchase the new Disney Castle cross stitch kit designed by Thomas Kincade. It's a pretty expensive one, but since I will be going there in August, I hope to pick one up.

Not much stitching to show these days..... hopefully soon I will get my mojo back.

Happy stitching.......

Hi there!

Did you say the Disney Castle piece by Thomas Kinkade? Is that one of the patterns only available inside the Magic Kingdom? I love Disney and it makes me crazy that only the nice designs are sold in the park itself. Good luck on your new online store. I will be following. :)

Hi Jennifer:

Thank you for dropping by and paying me a visit!

Yes, A New Day at Cinderella's Castle is the NEWEST Disney Cross Stitch Kit by Art of Disney by Thomas Kincade. It retailed for $70.00 last time I looked.

It is only sold in DisneyWorld, Orlando. I think that the luckiest place to find it is in Downtown Disney at The Art of Disney shop. There I have found that they really know their inventory. They sell out fast!

Sometimes, you can find it on Ebay, but it is much more expensive.

Have a great Disney stitching day!

Did you see all the great giveways listed on the first page of my blog???????

Thanks for your kind words!

Good luck!!!

Maria

Really?! I go to Downtown Disney everytime I visit Orlando. I live down here in Miami so Orlando is like a stone throw away from me. I never thought to look for Cross-Stitch kits in that store in particular. My favorite place in Downtown Disney (besides Ghirardelhi :) is Basin which sells pretty handmade soaps and stuff. I know if you go to the Emporium in Magic Kingdom they have a few kits, (last I remember).

Very interesting! I now know where I will be dragging by boyfriend come October. LOL We are going up to Disney for the Epcot Food and Wine Festival.

It was nice talking to you! and yes I did see all of the giveaways. I follow those blogs too. I became a follower of your blog here so we can stay in touch. ;) Isn't blogging addictive?? I have one too, www.craftyimaginingsbyjen.blogspot.com. I craft it all. Right now I'm working on a Nora Corbett design. Very pretty.

Talk to you soon,
Jen
